Your privacy is extremely important to us. We want you to enjoy our WebAR adult experience with peace of mind. Here's exactly what happens with your data:
- Core WebAR Session Data (Camera, Sensors, Motion): Your camera feed and motion data never leave your device. All AR processing happens locally on your phone. We do not see, record, transmit, or store any images, videos, or movement data from your sessions.
- Access-Control Data for Paid Users: If you purchase a Stealth Code, we store minimal data to enforce licensing: the Stealth Code itself, an anonymized device signature, and the expiration timestamp. This data is not tied to your identity and cannot be used to identify you personally.
- Voluntary Communications: If you contact us via our contact form, email, or support system, we store the information you provide solely to respond to your inquiry. You may request deletion of this correspondence at any time.
- Payment Processing: Our payment processor (Epoch) collects your email address for receipt and Stealth Code delivery. We do not receive or store your payment details – only a confirmation token.
(In short: Your AR experience stays on your phone. We store minimal licensing data for paid access. Everything else is either local-only or voluntarily provided by you.)
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using EnjoyMeNow.com (the "Service"), operated by DCBC Group, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms" or "Agreement"). If you do not agree with any of these Terms, you must not use the Service. These Terms form a binding legal agreement between you (the user) and us (the Service provider). We may update these Terms occasionally, as described in the Changes section below. Continuing to use the Service after changes means you accept the new Terms.
Important: The Service provides adult-oriented augmented reality content. It is only for adults who are legally permitted to view such material. By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you meet all eligibility requirements in the next section and will comply with this Agreement.
2. Eligibility and Age Restrictions
This Service is strictly 18+. You must be an adult to enter or use EnjoyMeNow. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

3. Adult Content and Appropriate Use

We do not produce or permit any content that is illegal or obscene, including but not limited to: content involving minors, bestiality, non-consensual acts, sex trafficking, actual incest, extreme violence, or any other material that violates applicable laws or standards.
Computer-Generated Content: All visual imagery on this platform – including all characters, models, textures, and animations – is created using computer-generated 3D rendering technology. No real human beings appear in any visual depictions of sexually explicit conduct. Because our visual content does not feature actual human performers, the age-verification and record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 do not apply to our visual content. However, DCBC Group maintains strict internal documentation and licensing records for all digital assets.
Voice Performances: The only real individuals associated with this Service are professional voice actors who have provided audio performances used in certain scenes or interactions. All voice contributors are verified adults (18+) and have granted DCBC Group LLC full rights and licenses to use their voices and recorded material. By using the Service, you agree not to contribute to any form of illegal or prohibited content or activity, including:
- No Sharing with Minors: You will not share, display, or allow access to our content to any person under 18. You agree to keep the content for your eyes only and out of reach of minors.
- No Illegal Use: You will not use the Service to do anything unlawful. This includes not using the site or content to solicit or facilitate any illegal acts. (For instance, because we have no chat or social features, there is no platform here for things like prostitution or trafficking – but to be clear, any attempt to use our platform or content in connection with illegal activities is strictly forbidden.)
- No Circumvention: You will not attempt to circumvent any content filters, geographic blocks, or age gates we have put in place. These measures are there to comply with laws and protect users; bypassing them is a violation of these Terms.
- Appropriate Environment: You will use the Service in a private, safe environment. Do not use the AR features in public or in the presence of anyone who may be offended or where it could violate any laws (for example, displaying sexual content publicly where it's not allowed). Use common sense to ensure your use of AR content doesn't cause disturbances or legal issues.

4. User Conduct and License to Use the Service
License Grant to You
When you comply with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use EnjoyMeNow and its content for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. This means you may stream or interact with our AR content on your device for your own enjoyment. No ownership rights are transferred to you – we are just giving you permission to use our service and view/listen to our content under these conditions.
Intellectual Property Ownership
All materials on EnjoyMeNow – including all videos, 3D models, images, graphics, animations, software code, text, trademarks (like "EnjoyMeNow" and our logos), and other content – are owned by DCBC Group or its affiliated companies or licensors. These materials are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. EnjoyMeNow and DCBC Group retain all rights, title, and interest in the Service and its content. You do not acquire any ownership of content by using the site or by purchasing a premium session; you only get the limited license described above.
You must not do any of the following with our content or Service:
- No Copying or Distribution: You may not download (except as needed for streaming/cache), record, screenshot, reproduce, or distribute any content from the Service without our express permission. Personal viewing only. For example, you cannot record the AR session and then upload the video elsewhere – that is not allowed.
- No Commercial Use: You cannot use the content for any commercial purpose. This means you can't charge anyone to watch it, can't use it to promote other products, and can't display it publicly or in a commercial setting.
- No Derivative Works: You may not modify, translate, adapt, or create derivative works from our content or software. This includes not incorporating our 3D models or characters into any other apps, videos, games, or any media.
- No Reverse Engineering: You agree not to decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer any of the software or technology that makes our Service work. Our WebAR engine and systems are proprietary (we worked hard on it!), and you can't attempt to extract source code or underlying ideas.
- No Hacking or Abuse: You will not attempt to interfere with the operation of the Service or bypass any security or technical measures. This means no introducing viruses or malicious code, no spamming the service, no using bots or scrapers to mass-download content, and no doing anything that could harm the Service or the experience for other users.
- Respect Access Limitations: If certain areas of the site or certain content are restricted (e.g., premium content behind a paywall, or regions we've blocked), you agree not to attempt to access those unlawfully. Do not use VPNs or other methods to evade geographic restrictions if your region is blocked.
If you violate these rules, your license to use our Service will immediately terminate. We reserve the right to block or terminate your access (including through network-level restrictions or other technical means) if you breach these Terms or misuse the Service. You may also be subject to legal action if your misuse infringes our intellectual property or causes damages.
User Responsibility and Safety
You are responsible for how you use EnjoyMeNow. This includes making sure you have the proper equipment (a compatible smartphone, up-to-date browser, sufficient storage/memory) and a good internet connection to run the WebAR experience. We are not responsible if the Service is not working on your device due to your hardware, software, or connectivity issues.
Augmented Reality Safety Guidelines
IMPORTANT – PLEASE READ: The EnjoyMeNow WebAR experience requires your full attention and a safe physical environment. By using our AR features, you acknowledge the following safety guidelines and assume all associated risks:
- Stationary Use Only: Always use the AR experience while stationary in a safe, private location. Do not walk, move around, or operate the Service while in motion. Never use the Service while walking, driving, operating machinery, or in any situation where distraction could cause injury or harm.
- Environmental Awareness: Before starting an AR session, ensure your surroundings are clear of obstacles, hazards, tripping risks, and fragile objects. Be aware of furniture, stairs, pets, other people, and any objects you could bump into or knock over while your attention is focused on your device screen.
- Motion Tracking Limitations: Our AR technology uses your device's camera and sensors to track motion. This tracking may not always be perfectly accurate and can be affected by lighting conditions, camera quality, device processing power, and environmental factors. Do not make sudden or exaggerated physical movements in response to AR content.
- Prohibited Environments: Do not use the Service in public spaces, near roadways or traffic, near bodies of water, on balconies or elevated surfaces, near stairs or drop-offs, in crowded areas, or in any location where distraction could lead to injury, embarrassment, or legal consequences.
- Physical Strain: Extended use of AR features may cause eye strain, fatigue, dizziness, or disorientation. Take regular breaks. If you experience any discomfort, nausea, or disorientation, stop using the Service immediately.
- Device Handling: Holding your device for extended periods while using AR features may cause hand, wrist, arm, or neck strain. Use appropriate support or take breaks as needed. We are not responsible for repetitive strain injuries or device damage from drops.
- Private Use: This Service contains adult content. Ensure you are in a private environment where the screen cannot be viewed by minors or others who have not consented to view adult content. You are solely responsible for ensuring appropriate privacy.
Assumption of Risk: You assume all risk for any damage to your device, injury to yourself, injury to others, property damage, or any other harm that may occur during or as a result of your use of the Service. This includes, but is not limited to: falls, collisions, device drops, eye strain, physical strain, and any consequences of using the Service in an inappropriate environment or manner. By using the AR features, you represent that you have read, understood, and agree to follow these safety guidelines.
5. Preview Session, Stealth Codes, and Payment System
5.1 Preview Session (Mandatory Trial Period)
Try Before You Buy: EnjoyMeNow requires all users to complete a complimentary Preview Session (also referred to as "Sneak Peek") before any purchase. This Preview Session provides full, unrestricted access to all core features of the WebAR experience for a limited duration. The purpose of this mandatory Preview Session is to allow you to evaluate the AR technology, assess compatibility with your device, test the motion tracking and anchoring capabilities, and determine whether the experience meets your expectations – all before committing any funds.
Full Functionality During Preview: During your Preview Session, you will have access to all primary AR features, including full motion tracking, anchoring technology, and interactive elements. The only limitations during the Preview Session are: (a) a countdown timer indicating remaining session time; (b) restricted access to certain customization features such as adding additional background models ("Pleasurettes"); and (c) the requirement to restart sessions after the timer expires. You may restart the Preview Session as many times as you wish to continue evaluating the service at no cost.
Acknowledgment of AR Performance: By completing a Preview Session and subsequently purchasing access via a Stealth Code, you acknowledge and agree that: (i) you have had a meaningful opportunity to test the AR functionality, motion tracking, and anchoring technology on your specific device; (ii) you have evaluated whether the experience meets your personal expectations; (iii) you are satisfied with the technical performance of the service as demonstrated during your Preview Session; and (iv) you will not seek refunds or chargebacks based on claims that the AR technology, motion tracking, or anchoring did not perform as expected, since you had the opportunity to fully evaluate these features during your complimentary Preview Session before any purchase was made.
Device Compatibility: The Preview Session serves as your opportunity to verify that your device is compatible with our WebAR technology. Different devices may produce varying results in terms of AR rendering quality, motion tracking precision, and overall performance. If you experience issues during your Preview Session, we recommend trying a different device or browser before purchasing. Completing a purchase indicates your satisfaction with the performance as demonstrated on your device.
5.2 Stealth Code Access System
What Are Stealth Codes: A "Stealth Code" is a unique 5-character alphanumeric code that grants you time-based full access to EnjoyMeNow's premium features. Stealth Codes are our privacy-first alternative to traditional user accounts – they allow you to unlock unlimited sessions and premium features without requiring you to create an account, provide an email address, or maintain any ongoing relationship with our systems.
How Stealth Codes Work: When you purchase a Stealth Code, you receive an alphanumeric code via the payment processor's receipt system. To activate your premium access, simply enter the Stealth Code when prompted on our platform. Once validated, your device will be registered to that code, and you will have unrestricted access for the duration associated with your code tier (e.g., 48-hour access, 7-day access, or 30-day access, as specified at the time of purchase).
Device Registration: Each Stealth Code may be used on up to three (3) separate devices. A "device" is identified by an anonymized cryptographic signature that cannot be used to identify you personally. This device registration system: (a) allows you to use your Stealth Code across multiple personal devices (e.g., phone and tablet); (b) prevents unauthorized sharing of codes; and (c) maintains our privacy-first approach by not requiring personal accounts or identifying information. If you reach the device limit and need to use the code on an additional device, you may purchase a new Stealth Code. When device limits are reached, you will be shown your registered devices.
Stealth Code Tiers: We offer multiple Stealth Code tiers with varying access durations. Current tiers include 48-hour access, 7-day access, and 30-day access. The specific pricing for each tier is displayed at the time of purchase and may be updated from time to time. The access duration begins from the moment you first activate (enter and validate) your Stealth Code, not from the time of purchase.
Single-Use and Non-Transferable: Each Stealth Code is intended for use by the original purchaser only. While you may use your code on multiple devices (up to the device limit), you may not sell, trade, give away, or otherwise transfer your Stealth Code to another person. Stealth Codes purchased through unauthorized channels or obtained through fraudulent means will be voided without refund.
Mid-Session Upgrade: If you enter a valid Stealth Code during an active Preview Session, your session will immediately be upgraded to full premium access. The timer will be removed, session limits will be lifted, and you will gain access to all premium features for the duration of your Stealth Code tier.
5.3 Payment Processing
Third-Party Payment Processor: All payments for EnjoyMeNow Stealth Codes are processed by our authorized third-party billing provider, Epoch. When you choose to purchase a Stealth Code, you will be redirected to Epoch's secure payment page. We do not directly collect or store your billing information (such as credit card numbers). Your payment details are handled by Epoch on their secure, PCI-compliant systems. The charges on your bank or card statement will appear under Epoch's billing descriptor, not under EnjoyMeNow, for your discretion.
Acknowledgment of Payment Processor Terms: By initiating a purchase and proceeding to Epoch's checkout page, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that: (i) your transaction will be processed by Epoch, a third-party payment processor independent of DCBC Group and EnjoyMeNow; (ii) you will be subject to Epoch's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, which govern how your payment information and any personal data you provide during checkout (such as your email address) will be handled; (iii) you have had the opportunity to review Epoch's terms before completing your purchase; and (iv) any disputes regarding the processing of your payment, including chargebacks, fraud claims, or billing inquiries, may be subject to Epoch's dispute resolution procedures. We encourage you to review Epoch's terms at the time of checkout. By clicking "Purchase," "Pay," "Submit," or any similar confirmation button on Epoch's payment page, you confirm your acceptance of these conditions.
Payments and Receipts: When you purchase a Stealth Code, you are redirected to Epoch's secure checkout page. Epoch collects limited information such as your email address (for receipt and Stealth Code delivery) and payment details. We never receive or store your full payment information. Our system only receives a confirmation token from Epoch to confirm that your payment was successful and to associate the purchased Stealth Code with your transaction. This token does not include any personal or financial data.
Pricing Transparency: All prices for Stealth Codes will be clearly displayed before you confirm a purchase. Prices are generally in U.S. Dollars (unless specified otherwise) and may exclude any applicable taxes or fees. If sales tax or VAT applies, it will be shown at checkout as required by law. Make sure you review the price and the access duration it grants before confirming payment. By completing a purchase, you agree that you are responsible for the charges indicated.
No Automatic Subscription: Stealth Code purchases are one-time transactions, not recurring subscriptions. When your Stealth Code access period expires, you will not be automatically charged. You must make a new, affirmative purchase if you wish to continue using premium features. We do not enroll users in recurring billing without explicit consent. If we introduce subscription options in the future, such options will be clearly distinguished from one-time Stealth Code purchases and will require separate, explicit consent.
5.4 Refund Policy
Limited Refund Eligibility: All Stealth Code purchases are generally final. Because you have the opportunity to fully evaluate our service through the mandatory Preview Session before purchasing, and because Stealth Codes grant immediate digital access upon activation, we cannot offer refunds in most circumstances. By purchasing a Stealth Code, you acknowledge that you have tested the service during your Preview Session and are satisfied with its performance.
When Refunds May Be Considered: Despite the general no-refund policy, we may consider refunds in the following limited circumstances:
- You were charged but never received your Stealth Code;
- Your Stealth Code was invalid or non-functional upon receipt and we cannot provide a replacement;
- A billing error resulted in duplicate or incorrect charges; or
- Technical issues on our end (not device-specific performance issues) rendered the service completely unusable despite your Stealth Code being valid.
Refunds Not Available For: Refunds will not be provided for:
- Dissatisfaction with AR performance, motion tracking, or anchoring quality that you had the opportunity to evaluate during your Preview Session;
- Change of mind after purchase;
- Device incompatibility that should have been identified during the Preview Session;
- Partial use of the access period;
- Inability to use the service due to geographic restrictions or legal compliance measures; or
- Loss or sharing of your Stealth Code resulting in device limit issues.
How to Request Support: For any billing-related issues, you should first contact Epoch's customer support. Epoch has 24/7 support and can look up your transaction to help resolve common issues. You may also contact us at support@enjoymenow.com or help@enjoymenow.com. While we do not handle the actual transactions directly, we can liaise with Epoch if needed.
Unauthorized Charges: If you notice a charge on your statement that you believe is unauthorized or fraudulent, contact Epoch immediately for investigation. Additionally, please alert us so we are aware of potential fraud.
Billing Descriptor: Your bank statement will show a charge from Epoch, not from EnjoyMeNow directly. Epoch's contact information will be provided during checkout and on your receipt.
Important Privacy Note: We do not store your credit card or payment details on our servers. All transaction processing occurs through Epoch's secure external systems for your safety and privacy.
We also comply with any applicable consumer rights or cooling-off periods that may be mandated by law. Where required, we will honor those, but note that many laws waive the right of withdrawal once digital content is accessed.
5.5 Future Subscription Options
In the future, we may offer recurring subscription options as an alternative to one-time Stealth Code purchases. If we introduce subscriptions, the details – including pricing, renewal frequency, cancellation methods, and refund rights – will be clearly shown before you subscribe. Any subscription will require explicit opt-in and will be clearly distinguished from one-time Stealth Code purchases. You will always be able to cancel any active subscription directly through the payment processor. No subscription will renew without your clear consent.
6. Third-Party Links and Services
EnjoyMeNow may contain links or references to third-party websites or services. For example, when you click to make a payment, you will be taken to our third-party payment gateway provider (Epoch). We might also occasionally provide links to our parent company's site (DCBC Group), social media pages, or other related services. These external sites are not under our control, and we are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party websites.
Specifically:
- Payment Sites: Any information you provide on the payment processors' pages is subject to their privacy policy and terms of service. We do not control how they handle data – although we choose reputable processors, you should review their terms if you have concerns. We cannot be held liable for any issues arising from your use of those external payment sites, but please inform us if you encounter a serious problem.
- DCBC Group Site: Our corporate parent site (dcbcgroup.com) is separate from the EnjoyMeNow service. Its content is more general and may have its own terms and privacy policy. If you follow a link to that site (or any other site), understand that you have left the EnjoyMeNow service, and these Terms no longer govern there.
- External Content: Any third-party content or links are provided for convenience or reference. Inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement by us. If you leave our site via a third-party link, you do so at your own risk. We recommend you be cautious and review the terms and policies of any external websites.
Regional Access
We may use your device’s approximate IP location solely to determine regional access restrictions or to show region-specific content or offers.
Third-Party Payment Processor
Payments are processed by an independent third-party provider. Their terms and privacy policies apply to all payment transactions.
Advertisements and Sponsorships
We may include sponsored or branded visual elements within the experience. These will never involve tracking or behavioral advertising.
7. Termination of Use
We hope to provide a great experience, but we reserve the right to terminate or restrict your access to EnjoyMeNow at any time if we believe, in our sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms or for any other operational or legal reason. Since we do not have user accounts (access is generally session-based), termination may mean we restrict your access through network-level or technical means.
Reasons for termination can include, but are not limited to: violating the Age Restrictions or Content rules, attempting to steal or share our content, interfering with the Service, or any behavior that is unlawful or that risks harm to us or other users.
If you are terminated/banned, you must cease all use of the Service immediately. You also must delete any copies of content or materials from the Service that you have (including any cached or downloaded content, if any). We may also take legal action against violators if necessary to enforce our rights.
Termination of access for violating terms will not entitle you to any refund of amounts you may have paid (if the violation occurred, that breach voids any refund rights). Additionally, even after termination, you will remain responsible for any obligations incurred before the termination (including any indemnification obligations, or any liability you caused us due to your breach).
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Use at Your Own Risk: EnjoyMeNow is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, regarding the Service and its content. This includes, but is not limited to:
- No Guarantee of Content: We make no warranty that the content will meet your expectations (for example, we don't guarantee you'll find it arousing or entertaining – that's subjective!), or that it will be to your liking.
- Availability and Accuracy: We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. While we aim for high uptime, we can't promise the site will never go down or that access will always be fast. Technical issues or maintenance may occur. We also do not guarantee that any content or information on the site is complete, accurate, or up-to-date (for instance, there might be occasional technical errors or typos, and content is provided for entertainment, not factual reference).
- Fitness for Purpose: We disclaim any warranties of fitness for a particular purpose or merchantability. The Service is intended for adult entertainment "as is." You agree to follow all safety guidelines set forth in Section 4 of these Terms. We are not responsible for any real-world consequences of your use of AR, including but not limited to: trips, falls, collisions, device drops, eye strain, physical strain, injuries, property damage, embarrassment from public use, or any other harm arising from your failure to use the Service in a safe, stationary, private environment. By using the AR features, you accept full responsibility for your own safety and the safety of those around you.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of the above exclusions may not apply to you. In such cases, any mandatory warranties will apply to the minimum extent required by law.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DCBC Group, EnjoyMeNow, and our affiliates, officers, employees, agents, partners, and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Service or any content on it. This includes, without limitation, damages for lost profits, lost data, personal injury, property damage, or any other intangible losses (even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages).
In particular, we will not be liable for:
- Content Issues: Any offensive or illegal content that you encountered (we try to avoid any illegal content, and we provided content warnings – ultimately, accessing adult content is your choice and risk).
- User Conduct: Any conduct of other users or third parties (though in our case, there's no user-generated content, so this is mostly not applicable).
- Technical Failures: Any downtime, bugs, errors, or interruptions in the Service. You agree that technology isn't perfect and you will not hold us liable for any such issues.
- Damage or Injury: Any harm to your device, or injury to you (or others) that might occur through use of the Service (for example, if an AR visual surprises you and you drop your phone, or you strain a muscle imitating something – these are not liabilities we assume).
If, notwithstanding the above, we are found liable to you for any damage or loss arising from or related to the Service, our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the liability, or $100 USD, whichever is greater. If you have never paid anything (for free users), then our liability is zero, to the extent permissible by law. This limitation applies collectively to all claims, whether based on warranty, contract, statute, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory.
Exceptions: Some states/countries do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability will be limited to the smallest amount permitted by law (and no provisions of these Terms will waive any legal rights you have that cannot be waived).
You acknowledge that without these disclaimers and limitations, we would not be able to offer the Service (or would have to charge much more), and these Terms fairly allocate risk between the parties.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DCBC Group, EnjoyMeNow, and our affiliates, and our respective officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) that arise out of or relate to any claim by a third party arising out of: (a) your use of the Service, (b) your violation of these Terms, (c) your violation of any law or regulation, or (d) your infringement of any intellectual property or other rights of any other person or entity.
In plain language, if your actions result in us being sued or fined, you agree to cover our costs. For example, if you illegally share our content and someone sues us for it, or if you use the Service in a way that violates someone else's rights and we get dragged into it, you'll cover our expenses and losses. We will notify you of any such claim and, if we choose, allow you to assist in the defense (provided you do so cooperatively and we approve the strategy). We reserve the right to handle our defense as we see fit, even if you are indemnifying us, but we will consult with you reasonably.
11. No User-Generated Content
Users Cannot Upload Content: EnjoyMeNow does not permit, support, or provide any functionality for users to upload, submit, post, or contribute any content whatsoever. There are no user accounts with upload capabilities, no comment sections, no forums, no file sharing features, and no mechanisms for users to add any material to our platform. All content on EnjoyMeNow is created, curated, and controlled exclusively by DCBC Group and its licensed content partners. This policy exists to maintain quality control, ensure legal compliance, protect user privacy, and prevent the distribution of harmful or illegal material.
Prohibited Attempts: Any attempt to circumvent this policy, inject content into our systems, exploit vulnerabilities to upload material, or otherwise add user-generated content to our platform is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of access and potential legal action.
12. Copyright and DMCA Policy
We respect intellectual property rights. Because EnjoyMeNow does not allow any user-generated content, all content on our platform is provided by DCBC Group using professionally licensed assets. However, if you believe that any content on EnjoyMeNow infringes your copyright (for example, if you believe we have used your work without authorization), please notify us with a Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) notice. You can send an email to [email protected] with the subject "DMCA Notice". Your notice should include:
- Identification of the Work: A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed. (If multiple works, you can send a representative list.)
- Location of Infringing Material: A description of where on our site the material you claim is infringing is located, with enough detail that we can find it (e.g., the URL or the specific title of the scene).
- Your Contact Info: Your name, address, telephone number, and email address, so we can contact you.

By using the Service, you agree that any legal action or proceeding concerning these Terms or the Service shall be brought in the federal or state courts located in the State of Florida. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts for the purpose of litigating any such dispute. You also agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of those courts, and waive any objection on the grounds of inconvenient forum or any similar grounds.
If you are accessing the Service from outside the United States, note that we operate subject to U.S. laws. You are responsible for compliance with any local laws as stated earlier. However, the governing law for this agreement is Florida/USA. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) does not apply to these Terms.
International Users and Conflicts of Law: If you access the Service from a jurisdiction outside the United States, you acknowledge that you are doing so voluntarily and are responsible for compliance with all applicable local laws. In the event of any conflict between Florida law and the laws of your jurisdiction, you agree that: (a) the stricter standard shall apply to any provision concerning age verification, content restrictions, or prohibited conduct; (b) Florida law shall govern all matters relating to contract interpretation, payment disputes, refund eligibility, and limitation of liability; and (c) if any provision of these Terms is unenforceable under your local law, you agree to refrain from using the Service rather than claiming selective enforcement of the remaining Terms. By continuing to use the Service from outside the United States, you represent that doing so does not violate the laws of your jurisdiction.
Note: We are not currently including an arbitration clause or class action waiver. By agreeing to this Governing Law and Jurisdiction section, you acknowledge that disputes will be resolved in Florida courts under Florida law. 15. Miscellaneous Provisions

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be deemed severable from the Terms and will not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions. The remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. No waiver of any term shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of that term or any other term.
Assignment: You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms to anyone else without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations to an affiliate or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, or by operation of law or otherwise. These Terms will inure to the benefit of and be binding upon each party's successors and permitted assigns.
Headings: The section titles (headings) in these Terms are for convenience only and have no legal effect.
